As part of the intern experience at Wunderman, we were assigned to complete a strategic agency plan (SAP) for the launch of Office 365. The SAP had a strong focus on building community amongst O365 users, so I chose to focus on re-designing the O365 community page.

The current community page can be viewed here. I wanted to place the consumer at the center of the discussion, which is why I created the MembersLive Chat. This would be a place where users could come together and share their tips/tricks on O365 applications. I also wanted to better organize the abundance of communication occurring, which I did by using the Microsoft colors to segment conversations into three columns: Small business, IT, and Mid-Market decision makers.
